GTM & BD Lead, U.S.
Anyway is building the financial OS for agents. We're early, moving fast, and expanding into U.S.. We're looking for someone to lead the charge — building the relationships, partnerships, and pipeline that will define our presence in the market.
This is a founding GTM role. You'll work directly with the founding team and own our North America go-to-market from the ground up.

What you'll do
Business Development
Own the full BD cycle — outbound, pipeline, and close
Identify and pursue high-value partnerships with fintech platforms, AI infrastructure companies, and enterprise customers
Represent Anyway at industry events, conferences, and in the SF startup and fintech ecosystem
Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic North America clients
Gather and surface customer feedback to shape product direction
Market Expansion
Develop and execute a U.S. GTM strategy in close collaboration with the founding team
Map the competitive and partner landscape — identify where Anyway fits and where to move first
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to align roadmap with market needs
What we're looking for
3+ years in BD, partnerships, or GTM at a startup, fintech, or AI company
Based in San Francisco, with an existing network in the Bay Area fintech or AI ecosystem
Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and enterprise deals
Strong communicator — you can credibly represent a technical product to both technical and business audiences
Uses social media as a lever — actively builds and engages an audience to amplify your own reach and the company's presence
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a strong plus
