Anyway is building the financial OS for agents. Our first product is a protocol for pricing, routing, and settling AI-driven work across models and outcomes. We’re building the core infrastructure that lets agents operate like real businesses. You’ll join early and help define how this category is understood - and interpreted, visually.

Your involvement
Your decisions will shape how we earn trust from the end user (and teams) on owning their financial permissions.
We’re looking for someone who can turn complex systems (agents, payments, pricing) into clear, intuitive experiences and define a distinct visual and interaction language for a new category. You’ll shape how users understand what Anyway is - this role is closer to product thinking + brand + systems design than traditional UI/UX.
What you’ll do
Product Design: design flows for agent payments, pricing, and traces
System Design: build a cohesive design system across product + web
Brand: define visual language, motion, and interaction principles
Narrative: collaborate on how the product explains itself
You’ll be working directly with our founding team for core decisions. This role is equivalent to a CDO.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
5–7+ YOE leading large-scale, high-impact design workflows and processes. You’ve operated at a level where your decisions shaped products, not just surfaces.
Strong product intuition. You don't have to be technical, but you think in flows, not screens.
High taste. You know when something is off immediately (i.e. a Framer transition off by one second)
The ability to simplify complex systems without losing depth. Density in informational design!
Comfort operating in ambiguity. We want you to be curious about the potential of artificial intelligence and its multitudes of directions in expansion.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience designing developer tools with community traction & involvement
You’ve built things end-to-end with finely written SOPs (not just Figma → handoff)
Speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
