Solutions Architect
About the Role
AI Agent + Payments is a brand new intersection — there’s no established playbook. You’ll be the one writing it. This role is about understanding what customers actually need, translating our capabilities into solutions that work, and helping them go from “interesting demo” to running in production.
You’ll sit between our customers and our product team — part technical advisor, part problem solver, part evangelist. If you like being the person who makes things click for people, this is your role.

What You’ll Do
Understand customer pain points in payments and Agent workflows, and design end-to-end solutions
Evangelize our technology through talks, workshops, demos, and written content
Build trust with customers — guide them from POC through production rollout
Help customers debug and troubleshoot technical issues during integration and go-live
Collect frontline feedback and work closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap
Produce high-quality content (blog posts, tutorials, case studies, videos) that builds our technical brand
What We’re Looking For
3+ years as a solutions architect, technical consultant, pre-sales engineer, or technical BD — cloud or SaaS background preferred
Strong client communication skills — you quickly identify business pain points and translate them into actionable solutions
Solid technical literacy and debugging ability — you can independently analyze customer-facing technical issues
Experience in payments, fintech, or AI / Agent space preferred
Excellent public speaking and technical writing — you make complex ideas accessible
Fluent in English, able to engage with international customers and communities
Bonus Points
Speaking experience at major tech conferences or industry summits
Track record of successfully delivering solutions for key accounts
Hands-on experience taking an AI application from zero to production
Vibe coding ability — you can walk through the full product experience yourself
