Motion & Video Producer
Anyway is building the financial OS for agents. Our first product is a protocol to make agent can pay each other, and even with pricing, routing, and settling AI-driven work. We're building the core infrastructure that lets agents operate like real businesses. You'll join early and help define how this category is understood — visually, narratively, and in motion.
Your involvement
The concepts we work with are abstract by nature — agent payments, invisible costs, programmable trust. Most people won't understand them until they see them explained well. Your work is how that understanding happens.
We're looking for someone who can translate dense technical ideas into content worth watching. This isn't a content production role in the traditional sense. It's closer to visual communication + brand storytelling + creative execution — and it matters from day one.

What you'll do
Short-form & social: produce clips, cuts, and explainers that earn attention
Product storytelling: make what Anyway builds legible to developers, founders, and operators
Brand in motion: develop a visual and motion language that feels distinct in a crowded space
AI-native workflow: use AI tools across ideation, scripting, and production to move fast without sacrificing quality
Requirements:
Strong editing instincts — you feel pacing, rhythm, and the right moment to cut
Genuine fluency with AI-assisted content creation, not just surface familiarity
The ability to work from a brief, a conversation, or nothing at all
High taste. You know what looks cheap, what feels off by a beat, and how to fix it
Self-direction. You don't need a production pipeline to get started
Bonus points if you:
Have motion design experience (After Effects, Rive, or similar)
Have produced content for developer tools, fintech, or technical audiences
Have built something with real traction — a channel, a reel, a body of work
